中山高台南大灣路段323.7公里處，今天上午8時許發生一起連環車禍，有5輛大小客車發生追撞，釀成2死3傷！其中一對林姓兄弟檔剛從台積電上完夜班，一起開車返家，不料遇上車禍，39歲哥哥因頭顱破裂當場死亡，弟弟則是重傷，被送往醫院急救。而肇事貨車也橫躺在路面，被撞的車子則是宛如廢鐵，可見當時撞擊力道之大。

家屬表示，兄弟倆感情很好，都是台積電工程師，任職已經超過10年，2個人大夜班下班後一起共乘回家，不料卻遇到死劫。台積電同事得知後都相當難過，也希望同事情況能好轉。

肇事大貨車駕駛宣稱自己是恍神，未注意前方路況，酒測值為零，不過，警方不排除有超速可能，會再進行調查，詳細情況仍待進一步釐清。而這一起車禍，也造成了中山高台南大灣路段大塞車將近一小時。
